Refund policy

Items purchased from komme.com are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase, except for sales items.

Return items need to be accompanied by original tags, packaging and in its original conditions (unused, unwashed, undamaged).

Follow these simple steps to return your item to us:

 

1. Check item

Check that the items you wish to return still has all tags, packaging and in its original conditions.

You may only apply for the refund and return of the item(s) in the following circumstances:

  • Received a faulty product (e.g. stained, torn, shattered)
  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories) 
  • Received the wrong products (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product)

     

    2. Return your item(s) to us

    You may return your item(s) by dropping it off at our office at the below address: 

    1003 Bukit Merah Central #01-04 INNO Centre, Singapore 159836

    Drop-off returns are only accepted Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 6pm.

     

    3. Wait for our email

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item and if your application is approved or rejected.

    When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

    If your refund application is rejected due to the above reasons, you will need to come to our office to collect your items.
