WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • FREE shipping (orders above $300).
  • Delivery: $4.90 (orders between $200-$300).
  • Delivery: $7.90 (orders below $200).
  • For orders below $300, additional delivery fees will be incurred for bulky items (pillow/bolster/furniture/etc.).
  • All orders are delivered through reliable courier services and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days.
  • All deliveries would be attempted within 10 working days from the day the Order Shipped email is dispatched to you.
  • For orders made before 4pm, "Same Day Delivery" is available at a discounted rate (For selected items only).

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Step 1:

Locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Step 2:

Simply go to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/ and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Do allow some time for the Ninja Van website to reflect the status of the order. This could take a few hours after you received the delivery confirmation email.

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER IF I AM NOT HOME?

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, Ninja Van will try to call you to provide them a 3 digit verification code to allow them to leave the item at a secure location as instructed by you. This will act as the official handover of the delivery.

Should you not respond, a notification will be sent to alert you of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and will prompt you to reschedule their delivery to a more convenient date.

Kindly take note that Ninja Van allows a maximum of 3 attempts before returning the item back to KOMME.

 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on Ninja Van’s website. In the circumstance that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving the delivery confirmation email, please kindly contact KOMME’s customer care for further assistance.

Currently we do not ship outside Singapore. This service will be available in the future soon.
